Dr. Azlina advises Farisha that she needs to continue treatment, but Farisha protests and insists that she is already well. Farisha has been undergoing treatment under Dr. Azlina's supervision for several years, and is now in a stable phase, but still requires continuous monitoring in the relapse prevention phase. Dr. Azlina is concerned about Farisha's stubbornness in not wanting to be monitored anymore.
