Biography

Jay Allegretti is a Los Angeles based nonbinary artist with an interest in botanical motifs, born from their father's work as a flower farmer. They are most interested in how social practice can use art to address community needs. They host the Queer Clothing Trade, a traveling program that provides recycles clothing to trans and nonbinary people that need support acquiring clothing that better represents one’s gender identity.
